  • We print and publish all our material in-house, and we print on demand. Therefore, as long as a book is available for purchase on our website, we can print and send the book out to you.

  • If you are unable to find the exercise files, please check these step-by-step instructions. Remember to enter the ISBN of your book without any spaces but including every dash. Also, don’t enter “ISBN” before the number in the search box. If you are still unable to find them on our website, please contact us and we will try to find them for you.

  • The processing and dispatching time may vary depending on the time of the year, but we usually advise our clients to expect a timeframe between 5 to 7 business days for processing, printing and shipping. Please see our shipping information page for more details.

  • Occasionally information is misprinted - if this is the case or you have feedback or additional questions please contact us. We will process your input and take action if appropriate.

  • Outline accepted payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, or purchase orders.
