Software Publications prints your books after your order has been placed. In our peak demand periods at the start of Semester 1 and 2, printing and processing of standard orders will require approximately 3-4 business days. In our off-peak times, it requires 1-2 business days.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

Once your order is printed and packed it will be sent by Australia Post standard eParcel. Please refer to the Australia Post website for up to date information regarding domestic parcel deliveries.

The delivery times indicated below can vary, especially during peak times, and also may take a few days longer for regional and remote areas. Please keep this in consideration if ordering titles required by a specific date. Deliveries are only made on weekdays, excluding public holidays.

EXPRESS POST

Express Post can be requested when placing your order. At step 3 of the checkout, under Additional Information, please enter ‘EXPRESS POST REQUIRED’. We will get back to you as quickly as possible with a quote for the additional cost for this service.

Express Post deliveries are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Addresses within the Express Post delivery network will receive their order the following business day. Addresses outside the Express Post network will receive their order by the fastest possible transport links.
